The Shire of Yalgoo Councillors and Chief Executive Officer are required to disclose gifts received in their capacity as a Councillor or Chief Executive Officer worth more than $300 within ten days of having received the gift. This includes multiple gifts or contributions from the same donor where the total value is over $300 within the year.
There are currently no entries in the Councillors and CEO Gift Register.
Shire of Yalgoo employees are also required to disclose gifts valued between $50 and $300 received from a person undertaking or seeking to undertake (or it is reasonable to believe they intend to) an activity involving local government discretion within ten days of having received the gift. This includes multiple gifts or contributions from the same donor where the total value is over $300 within a six month period. Gifts over $300 are prohibited.
There are currently no entries in the Employees Gift Register.
